Sassafras Cabin is nestled in the woods about 50 yards from the main inn. It offers the same Sourwood experience with an added element of privacy. The entrance to the cabin is through a generous screened-in porch. From the porch, there are French doors that open into the living room which is surrounded by windows. The feeling of being outside, while in, is unmistakable.
The cabin has two full baths, a complete kitchen, and a bedroom loft with a King-size bed. The sofa in the living area opens to a full bed for extra guests. A Jotul wood-burning stove keeps the cabin cozy in the winter. Guests staying in the cabin have full access to the inn and its amenities.
