10 reasons why the Sourwood Inn is the best place to stay in Asheville

1. Quiet Location

Designed in the Arts and Crafts style and including over 100 acres of forested land with mountain views, this luxurious lodge makes for an elegant and peaceful getaway. The inn is just a few miles from the famous Blue Ridge Parkway and sits at an elevation of 3,200 feet. All twelve guest rooms boast private balconies with mountain views, wood-burning fireplaces, and luxurious spa baths. A hideaway cottage is also available close by.

2. Safe place to stay

During these crazy Covid times, you’ll feel both safe and relaxed at the inn. Enhanced cleaning protocols have been taken, and all guests and employees are required to wear masks in the shared indoor areas of the inn. However, with the many outdoor porches, patios, nature trails, and in-room private balconies, you will find many places to relax without having to wear your mask. All common spaces and high touch areas will be cleaned daily and disinfected using the Essential M.I.S.T. Fogging and Sanitizer. This sanitizer is an E.P.A. registered, N.S.F. certified safe and hospital-grade disinfectant.
