Executive Dinner Chef (Sourwood Inn)
Full-time (Four days weekly; Thursdays-Sunday, beginning February 2018)
Sourwood Inn is seeking an Executive Dinner Chef to join our team. This position manages all aspects of dinner service, with responsibilities to include the following:
• Develop delicious, creative menus, featuring fresh local ingredients wherever possible
• Work within a set budget
• Ensure a safe and clean commercial kitchen environment
• Accommodate food allergy and dietary restrictions of guests where needed
• Coordinate with serving staff to maintain smooth, efficient workflow
While this position will oversee all dinner operations, we seek an individual who thrives as both a leader and team player. Self-awareness, clear communication, time management skills, and a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience are imperative to this role.
3+ years of progressive culinary experience
