Room 7 is located on the upper level with one of the best views in the inn. One can watch the sunrise while lying in bed. There is copious amount of natural light during the day or one can enjoy the warm glow from the fireplace in the evening. The fresh flower vase in this room was made by Laura Vik, the innkeepers daughter, a potter in Charlottesville Va. The Tom Turner poster is a favorite of Nat’s.

Once again Mike and I have had a wonderful stay in your lovely B & B! Your hospitality is beyond compare; our rooms are always spotless and so comfortable. The meals are delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. Sitting on the balcony, looking at God’s incomparable creation, always nourishes and refreshes our souls. Enjoying the warmth and glow from the fireplace is true heaven! (Thanks Steve!) But most of all is the warm welcome…the friendly and efficient staff and natural beauty that is Sourwood. Do not change a thing!! Thank you to those folks who kept our rooms so fresh and clean. And a big Thank you to all who make up the Sourwood staff. PS The fresh flowers in our room add such a sweet touch.
Most Sincerely, Mike and Karen (5th stay) April 24, 2010
