Reservations for Sourwood Inn

The inn is closed the week before Christmas and remains closed through
January. We are open for weekends in February. The inn is also closed
Thanksgiving Day.

Sourwood Inn does have facilities for family reunions, conferences, and
retreats. Please call for rates and availability.

There is a television, pool table, and ping-pong table in the game room for
everyone's enjoyment.

Sourwood Inn is located at 3200 feet elevation and summertime evening
temperatures usually fall into the 60's. In order to better enjoy the outdoors,
we choose not to put A/C in the Inn. All guest rooms have French doors and a
ceiling fan.

* Check-out time: 12 noon

* Children over 12 are welcome.

* Sourwood Inn is a smoke-free environment.

* Please leave your pets at home, but ours would love your attention.

Guest Rooms ~ Sourwood Inn has twelve guest rooms that range in price
from $165 to $195 per night, including breakfast and taxes. Rooms have either a
queen or king size bed or two double beds. Rates are for single or double
occupancy. There is an additional charge of $20 for an extra person in a room.

Sassafras Cabin ~ The rate for Sassafras Cabin is $195 for two people. The
cabin has two full baths, a
kitchen, a loft with a queen-sized bed, and a full-sized sofa bed. The cabin can
accomodate up to 4 people.

Food and Beverages ~ - A full breakfast and afternoon refreshments are
included with your stay. Dinner is offered Thursday through Sunday nights -
reservations are required. We do not have a beer or wine license, but you are
welcome to bring your own spirits.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy ~ There is a 2 night minimum on
weekends. A credit card number will be taken at the time of your reservation.
Visa, MasterCard or a personal check are accepted. We have a seven day
cancellation period and reserve the right to charge you if your reservation is
cancelled less than seven days prior to your arrival.
