Gourmet Dinners are available Thursday through Sunday every week with reservations required. (Some items below may change due to seasonal/weather availability.) ****** Thursday Evening Menu ****** 1st - Green salad with a basil-lemon vinaigrette, watermelon, feta, radish, and sunflower seeds. Main - BBQ chicken with a charred peach and red onion relish served with a red potato salad tossed in Lusty Monk Mustard, and green beans with almonds. Dessert - Peach and blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream ****** Friday Evening Menu ****** (Except for Sept. 17th- Serving Saturdays menu) 1st - Green salad with Vidalia onion dressing, garlicky croutons, cucumbers, and succotash salad. Main - Cornmeal crusted mountain trout with a Romesco sauce, served with squash casserole, and a tomato, basil, cucumber, and bean salad. Dessert - Plum and almond galette with vanilla ice cream ****** Saturday Evening Menu ****** (Except for Sept.18th- Serving Fridays menu) 1st - Grilled Romaine with a Green Goddess dressing, shaved Parmesan Reggiano, new potato salad, green olives, and spiced walnuts. Main - Flank steak with a broken olive vinaigrette, sweet potato oven fries tossed in local Lusty Monk Mustard, and ratatouille. Dessert - Peach and blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. ****** Sunday Evening Menu ****** 1st - Green salad with a lemon-honey vinaigrette, radish, apple, shaved Red onion, goat cheese, and spiced pecans. Main - Roasted pork tenderloin with a stone fruit chutney, lemon-herb couscous, tomato wedges with a warm curry sauce, and sautéed zucchini. Dessert - Strawberry-Rhubarb Swedish Creams. ************************************************ Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advanced notice. Dinner is $30.00 per person.
